Dear Jaggard Elementary School Families,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far. I wanted to send a quick note to formally introduce myself. My name is Rob Fox, and I'm honored to be the next principal of Robert B. Jaggard Elementary School. As I prepare to join the Jaggard community, I wanted to share a bit about myself and the path that brought me here.

In many ways, stepping into this role feels like coming home. I began my career here as a student teacher at Marlton Elementary, then spent 13 years teaching instrumental music across five elementary schools. Those years taught me just how important it is to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families, a belief that remains at the core of everything I do, because I know meaningful relationships are the foundation of success. Three years ago, I moved to the Haddonfield School District, where I currently serve as a Content Supervisor, supporting teachers and strengthening instruction in Visual and Performing Arts, World Language, and Physical Education. Alongside that role, I also serve as the district's School Safety Specialist and Anti-Bullying Coordinator.

Now, I'm thrilled to return to ETSD for the opportunity to work alongside the incredible students, staff, and families at Jaggard. As we begin this journey together, I look forward to partnering with the whole Jaggard community, keeping our students as our North Star in everything we do. Every decision, every conversation, and every effort will be grounded in what's best for our Eagles.

On a personal note, when I'm not at school, I love spending time with my wife Caitlin, our six-year-old daughter Lizzie, and our chocolate lab Skylar. As a family, we love trips to Disney and weekends at our seasonal campground site at the Jersey Shore. They're just as excited as I am to join the Jaggard family, and I'm sure you'll see them at many events throughout the school year.

I also want to extend a huge thank you to Dr. Morris and Ms. Campbell for their tremendous work behind the scenes this summer. Their dedication to a smooth transition has set us up for a strong start to the school year, and I'm truly grateful for their partnership and support.

Please know my door is always open. Whether you have questions, concerns, or just want to say hello, I'd love to hear from you. I can't wait to meet each of you and begin this exciting new chapter together.
